Yearly billing is shown by default because it is the better deal. Every plan costs 50% less per month when you pay for the year, so Team comes to $64 a month instead of $129. You can switch the toggle to monthly at any time before you subscribe.
Usage resets each billing period. Your full checks and monitored client slots refill at the start of every period, on monthly and yearly plans alike. A check counts when you run it, and deleting a report does not return a check, so your usage always reflects the work you have actually done.
You can cancel anytime from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and it does not renew after that.
You can upgrade anytime. When you move to a larger plan or from monthly to yearly, the price difference is charged right away and the new limits apply once the payment goes through. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect from the next billing period.
Payments are final. We do not offer refunds for partial periods or unused checks. The only exceptions are a duplicate charge, a proven unauthorized charge, or a complete failure of the service on our side. Full details are in our terms.
