Write to [email protected]

Email works for every question, from every plan, and from people who do not have an account yet. Send it from the address you use for ClientVetter when the question concerns your account, so we can find it without asking for more details.

A useful message is short and specific. Tell us what you tried, what you expected and what happened instead. For a check, include the client's domain and the time you ran it. For billing, include the plan and the date of the charge. A screenshot often saves a round of questions.

Help Inside Your Account

No Phone Line and No Contact Form

ClientVetter does not take calls and does not have a contact form. Written messages let us look at the actual check, the actual invoice or the actual report before we answer, and they leave a record both sides can return to. There are no sales calls either: every plan, including Enterprise, is priced on the site and starts from the signup screen.

What Happens After You Write

You receive an answer by email from [email protected]. When something on our side is broken, we fix it, check that it works, and write back to tell you it is fixed and what to do next. When the answer depends on information we cannot see, we ask one precise question rather than sending a general reply.

Questions about refunds follow the Terms of Service: payments are final, with exceptions for a duplicate charge, a proven unauthorized charge or a total failure of the service. If one of those applies, say so in your message and we will look at it directly.
